Meet Your Guide to Intimacy

About Me

Olga Salodini

Licensed Therapist

I became a sex and relationship therapist to help people struggling with intimacy finally feel understood, accepted, and able to nurture the connections they desire.

With a heart for healing, a foundation in Psychology and specialised training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, my life’s work is helping people feel at home in their own bodies and find renewed trust in their most cherished connections. I gently guide my clients through the vulnerable terrain of intimacy challenges and misunderstandings, bringing compassion and clarity to help love flourish again.

Whether you feel hurt by love in the past, get anxious in sexual situations, have cultural shame around needs, notice mismatched libidos straining your bond, or wonder, “What’s wrong with me?”I get it. And I can help.

Transforming Challenges into Opportunities

My approach combines judgment-free listening and perspective-shifting questions with tailored mindfulness practices, turning challenges into opportunities without promising quick fixes. Vulnerability, under complete confidentiality, allows us to tackle intimacy blocks together. Clients often rediscover their inner peace and voice, learning to embrace pleasure, set boundaries, heal from trauma, and understand themselves and their partners more deeply.

Committed to understanding and supporting your unique journey, I offer a non-rushed, empathetic environment where we can explore the complexities of sexuality and relationships together, fostering lasting growth and self-awareness.

Renewed by Connection and Mindfulness

Beyond therapy, my life is enriched by bonding with my son, cherishing moments with my partner, and engaging in mindfulness practices like yoga and nature walks. The memory of my beloved dogs, Stella and Luna, inspires me to bring wholehearted empathy to every session, helping clients navigate their paths to intimacy with understanding and care.
